Monitor the quality of construction work, conduct inspections, and implement corrective actions as necessary to ensure adherence to project plans and specifications. Effectively manage and coordinate all aspects of commercial construction projects, including procurement, logistics, subcontractor management, and project reporting. Establish and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, and all stakeholders to ensure compliance with project specifications, budget, and timeline. Allocate and manage resources, including labour, equipment, and materials effectively to optimise project efficiency and minimise delays. Regularly monitor project progress, track milestones, and provide timely updates to project stakeholders, including senior management and clients. Prepare accurate and detailed project documentation, including progress and project close-out reports. Manage variations and change across all works packages with the Project Manager. See all aspects of quality and safety through to completion of works.
