Cellar & Bar Staff
To monitor stock levels, change gas and kegs when required and when necessary place orders with nominated suppliers for beverage and other Cellar items in accordance with event requirements and weekly levels.
To check deliveries physically to ensure that all deliveries are checked for price, quantity and quality. Report any discrepancies to the Bar Manager.
To perform weekly line cleans.
Report any shortages in stocks or supply, breakages, waste or loss
to the Bar Manager and assist with investigations as required.
To take, or arrange the movement of, all goods to the appropriate location of storage as soon as possible, ensuring goods are moved safely. To ensure that all alcohol, dry goods and disposable stocks are properly and securely stored at all times.
To assist on the bar covering shifts.
