Role Overview:
As Chef, you’ll play a key part in the day-to-day running of our kitchen, ensuring every dish leaving the pass meets our high standards. You’ll work closely with management to develop menus, oversee stock and ordering, and help maintain a clean, efficient, and positive kitchen environment.
Key Responsibilities:
-Prepare and cook traditional pub dishes to a high standard
-Supervise and support kitchen team members
-Contribute to menu planning and specials
-Manage kitchen hygiene, food safety, and stock control
-Maintain consistency and quality across all service periods
-Work efficiently during busy service times
What We’re Looking For:
-Proven experience as a Chef in a busy kitchen
-A passion for honest, high-quality pub food
-Excellent leadership and communication skills
-Strong organisational and time management abilities
-Reliability and a positive, can-do attitude
-Flexibility to work weekends
