We have a vacancy for a line cook/sous chef in our busy kitchen. We are looking for someone that can be flexible, cook and present good quality food and is able to work alone on quiet shift and in a team for busy times. You need to have level 2 food safety, havd excellent record keeping skills and be able to cover some shifts at short notice.
