What will you be doing?
• Preparing, cooking and presenting food quickly and efficiently, to brand standards
• Contributing to team meetings and sharing your ideas
• Keeping the kitchen safe, clean and compliant at all times
• Supporting stock rotation, prep and daily due diligence
• Helping maintain excellent standards of hygiene and food safety
• Handling guest queries professionally
• Taking ownership of your role and stepping up to support the team whenever needed
