Experience - Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar culinary role within a restaurant or hospitality setting. - Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices. - Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team. - Excellent culinary skills with a passion for creating high-quality dishes. - Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment. - Familiarity with various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures.
