Job Overview
We are looking for a skilled Chef to join our small but experienced team and oversee the daily operations of our kitchen. We're a busy coastal pub with rooms, cooking a fresh food menu daily. You'll have the opportunity to be creative through daily specials and also new menu dishes. We offer a 4 day working week, great opportunities to progress, 50% discount on food & drink at The Hero, plus our 3 other venues in Norwich and a great annual whole company staff party.

Duties
- Ensure menu prep is ready for each service
- Assist in menu planning and development where necessary
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations
- Maintain a clean and organised kitchen environment
Qualifications
- Proven experience working as a Chef in a pub, restaurant or similar setting
- Understanding of food safety standards
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
