One cleaner to help me making the job and work faster

We are looking to immediately hire 2 cleaners to work at a high profile site in Kensington. Must have a valid CSCS card and right to work in the U.K.

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented House Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of clients’ homes, ensuring a comfortable and sanitary environment. Key Responsibilities: • Perform general cleaning tasks including dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping floors in all rooms. • Clean and sanitize bathrooms, including sinks, toilets, showers, and mirrors. • Maintain kitchen cleanliness by wiping down countertops, cleaning appliances, and washing dishes. • Change bed linens and make beds. • Empty trash and recycling bins, ensuring proper disposal of waste. • Wash, fold, and iron laundry as needed. • Clean windows, glass surfaces, and mirrors. • Identify and report any maintenance issues or damages to the homeowner. • Ensure all cleaning supplies are stored safely and report when replenishments are needed. • Adhere to health and safety guidelines to maintain a safe environment. Qualifications: • Previous experience in house cleaning or a similar role is preferred. • Knowledge of cleaning products, supplies, and techniques. • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. • Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods. • Trustworthy and respectful of clients’ privacy and property. • Excellent communication skills. Additional Requirements: • Flexibility to work various days and hours, including weekends if necessary. • Background check may be conducted prior to employment. We are looking for an experienced Builders Cleaner to work on various sites across London cleaning new build flats, offices, hospitals and schools. The successful candidate must be hardworking and work well in a team and have experience of working on a construction site doing Builders and Sparkle Cleans to a high standard Will need to be able to speak english You must be reliable and have a valid CSCS card Monday-Friday 8am-4pm £105 - £115 per day We pay towards your travel and pay you every 2 weeks

Window cleaner with experience of 'traditional' and 'water-fed pole' cleaning systems is required for part time role of between 2 -3 days per week - 8 hour shifts @ £20 per hour on a permanent basis Work is generally internal and external window cleaning of residential and commercial properties in NW and Central London areas but can also include gutter, patio, masonry and other associated cleaning when required The successful candidate will assist one other operative in providing a very high standard of window cleaning service to customers It will be necessary to start and finish work in different parts of London so a knowledge and ability to navigate London Transport network is essential - no driving or transporting of equipment is required All equipment and company branded uniforms are provided The following candidate requirements are important: Punctuality for morning starts generally 8am English language Good work ethic Physical fitness Smart appearance Polite manner
