Overview:
The Client Relationship Manager will be responsible for building, maintaining, and developing long term relationships with clients in the financial services sector. Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients, ensuring their needs are met efficiently and professionally
  • Develop strong relationships with clients to understand their financial goals and provide tailored solutions
  • Coordinate with internal teams to deliver consistent service and resolve client issues promptly
  • Monitor client satisfaction and proactively identify opportunities for improvement
  • Support business development initiatives by identifying opportunities to grow existing accounts and attract new clients
  • Ensure all client interactions and records comply with regulatory and company standards
  • Prepare regular reports on client activity, service delivery, and performance metrics
  • Attend meetings, networking events, and industry forums to represent the organisation and strengthen client relationships
    Skills and Experience Required:
  • Proven experience in a client relationship or account management role within financial services or a related industry
  • Strong knowledge of financial products, investment solutions, or wealth management services
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and credibility with clients
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure
  • Competence in CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements within the financial sector
    Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience)
  • Relevant professional qualifications such as CISI, CII, or equivalent are desirable
