Coffee Shop Team Member - The Crow (Crawley)
Are you a friendly, energetic person looking to join a lively local team? The Crow, a popular independent coffee shop in the heart of Crawley, is looking for passionate individuals to join our crew!
We have openings for both weekend staff and full-time positions. Will be discussed at interview!
What You'll Do:
- Prepare and serve delicious coffee, tea, and other drinks with a smile.
- Take food and drink orders accurately and handle transactions (cash and card).
- Keep the shop clean, tidy, and welcoming for all our customers.
- Restock supplies and assist with deliveries as needed.
- Be a friendly face and create a great atmosphere for our regulars and new visitors.
What We're Looking For:
- A minimum age of 16 years old.
- A positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
- Reliability, good timekeeping, and a willingness to work as part of a team.
- A genuine enthusiasm for customer service.
- No prior experience is necessary—full training will be provided!
