
ROLE OVERVIEW
The Community Development Manager will play a vital role in helping Hampshire Cricket Board (HCB) achieve its mission to inspire, empower, and connect communities through cricket.
With the Head of Operations and Programmes, you will lead HCB's strategy to make cricket more accessible for people in underserved communities. Working closely with colleagues you will manage the expansion of HCB’s Chance to Shine Street and Lord’s Taverners Wicketz programmes, oversee the MCC Foundation Hub programme county wide and develop relationships with a range of partners in our urban communities.

WORKING HOURS
The normal working days will be Monday-Friday. Most working hours will be between 9.00am and 5.00pm, however you will be required to work evenings and weekends as and when the role requires.
