Community Support Worker Simply Safe Care Group
Become a Community Support Worker and make a meaningful difference in people’s lives.
We are looking for compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team, providing high quality care and support to individuals within their own homes and the community. Your role will involve assisting with daily living tasks, promoting independence, and offering companionship to those who need it most.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide person centred care and support in a domiciliary/community setting
- Assist with daily living activities, including personal care and meal preparation
- Support individuals to maintain independence and dignity
- Offer companionship and emotional support
- Work collaboratively as part of a supportive team
Skills, Knowledge & Experience
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A caring and empathetic approach to supporting vulnerable individuals

Requirements
- Full UK Driving Licence (essential)
- English language skills (preferred)
Shift Patterns
- Day shifts and night shifts available
- Monday to Friday
- Every other weekend
