Applicant would be critical in supporting day-to-day office operations and ensuring smooth communication across clients, security staff, and management.
• Answer and direct incoming telephone calls in a professional manner.
• Respond to client queries and requests promptly and effectively.
• Maintain regular communication with security personnel deployed on-site.
• Manage schedules, meetings, and calendars for senior staff and management.
• Maintain and organize company records, personnel files, and operational documents.
• Support onboarding and scheduling of security officers and patrol staff.
• Act as a liaison between clients and operational teams to ensure service standards are met.
• Support the preparation of client service reports, invoices, and timesheets.
• Monitor daily attendance and duty rosters of field staff.
• Oversee general office upkeep including supplies, filing systems, and document control.
• Assist with compliance documentation, training records, and internal audits.
• Coordinate with HR and accounts departments for payroll and personnel updates.
