We're looking for someone to lead our kitchen - it's a mash up of a cook & a chef
We're at the point of our journey where the food is a big hitter for our customer base - and between friends, we've learnt these skills as we've been going, some hitters, some missers.
We're looking for someone who has either:
- Never been a chef but wants to learn how to lead a menu, small team & the culinary skills to stand amongst the greats
Or - Has good experience of working in a commercial kitchen, knows the ropes & can easily fill the spot and quickly rocket our food menu further than we've been able to.
In either case - the right candidate will be able to:
- Work amazingly on their own and as part of a small team
- Show passion & commitment to the work they produce
- Ride the highs of good shifts & not turn into Gordon Ramsey when the check rack fills up
- Work full time, sociable hours including weekends & 1 late night a month
- Be 18 or over and be able to drive to and from work
Salary will be hugely dependant on relevant skills coming into the job. All training will be given and paid for where needed.
