About the Role
Teach South Kent are seeking a confident and enthusiastic Lesson Leader to join a friendly secondary school in East Sussex. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to start a career in education or gain classroom experience. You will deliver pre-planned lessons, supervise classes, and support students across the school.
Experience working with children is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver pre-prepared lesson plans across a range of subjects
- Manage classroom behaviour and maintain a positive learning environment
- Supervise classes during teacher absence
- Support departments with general classroom or administrative tasks
- Build positive relationships with students and act as a role model
- Participate in training and contribute to the wider school community

- Can manage groups of students calmly and effectively
