Customer Service Administrator

• Processing UK and International orders • Producing shipping documents and labels • Processing Export Documentation (EUR1, Certificate of Origin…) • Running Days End reports and tasks • Providing customers with quotes, invoices and prices processed in NAV • Dispatch of goods and liaising with Production staff/Build Requests to meet customer orders • Responding to internal and external enquiries via email, phone and face-to-face • Dealing with logistics, obtaining shipping quotes, providing delivery information to customers, booking collections, logging tracking numbers, maintaining the serial number log • Maintaining customer accounts • Liaise with external authoritative bodies to gain certifications for exportation of goods • Perform general administration tasks and filing • Matching and entering supplier invoices onto NAV • Prepare reports from NAV • Ensure all enquiries are investigated, resolved and answered promptly • Ensure each invoice has shipping documentation attached to NAV Provide both technical and product information to customers, resolving enquiries and problems to achieve complete customer satisfaction via phone and email
