ordifydirect is looking for a Customer Service Administrator to answer customer queries. You will be working in a highly skilled, experienced team that have worked in the ecommerce sector for many years.
As a company, we pride ourselves on amazing support via our live chat, email and phone lines.
You will also be expected to make cold calls to both B2B and B2C customers.
We are looking for someone who already has experience with CloudTalk, Tawk.to and or Intercom (not required). Any CRM experience is a plus.
Requirements
English (Native)
Must have a high standard of phone etiquette
Written communication skills

You would be reporting directly to the Customer Service Manager.
