Customer Service Representative
Location: Bishop’s Stortford (on-site)
Salary: £24,000 – £27,500 (depending on experience)
Hours: Full-time, 35 hours per week, 5 days a week (flexible hours available)

We’re looking for a Customer Service Representative to be the friendly voice (and sometimes face) of Goldtop, helping our customers before and after they order their new gear.
You’ll be based in-house at our brand-new 3500 sq ft warehouse on the outskirts of Bishop’s Stortford, working closely with a small, tight-knit team who share a passion for motorcycles and clothing design.
What you’ll be doing
- Be the first point of contact for customer queries by email and phone
- Help customers with product questions, sizing advice, and orders
- Manage returns, exchanges, and refunds smoothly and professionally
- Occasionally take orders and queries over the phone
- Liaise with the warehouse team to ensure everything runs like clockwork
- Share customer feedback to help us improve how we do things
What we’re looking for
- At least 2 years experience in a customer service or e-commerce role
- A friendly, professional communicator who genuinely enjoys helping people
- Organised, proactive, and comfortable juggling multiple queries
- A passion for motorcycles is a big bonus (we’d love that!)
- Full driving license or motorcycle license preferred
- Full UK resident with right-to-work essential
