We’re recruiting Registered Nurses (RGN), Physiotherapists, and Occupational Therapists to join a respected organisation delivering health assessments on behalf of the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP). This is a unique opportunity to transition into a non-patient-facing role where your clinical expertise supports life-changing decisions—while enjoying predictable hours, ongoing development, and a better work-life balance. Role Overview: • Conduct up to 6 holistic assessments per day (in-person or remote)., • Evaluate individuals with a range of physical and mental health conditions., • Produce detailed, evidence-based reports to support DWP benefit decisions (PIP/ESA)., • 6 months of paid, full-time training with expert clinical tutors., • Maintain your NMC/HCPC registration with full revalidation support., • Access to 100+ hours of protected CPD annually., • Study for the Diploma in Disability Assessment Medicine (FOM-accredited)., • 2+ year of post-registration experience in a patient-facing role., • Strong communication and clinical documentation skills., • Basic IT literacy and typing speed of 30+ wpm., • No nights, weekends, or on-call, • Flexible working options, • Structured career development Apply today and discover how your skills can make a difference—without the shift work..
