Role Responsibilities: Arrive at Highgate at 7:00am on market days Assist with loading equipment and stock Drive to Waterloo (and other London locations when required) Return later in the day for pack-down and transport back Occasional support for events and office catering days Approx. 4–5 hours per market day.
