You will transport goods safely to various locations, complete timely deliveries, and provide professional customer service. Experience with commercial driving and multidrop deliveries—approximately 100 stops on average—is valuable for handling diverse delivery requirements.

Duties

• Operate delivery vehicles safely and comply with all traffic laws and safety regulations.
• Load, secure, and unload cargo efficiently while protecting goods during transit.
• Plan delivery routes to maximise efficiency and meet schedules.
• Verify delivery details, obtain signatures, and complete required documentation accurately.
• Communicate with dispatch regarding delivery progress and any issues encountered.
• Carry out routine vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs promptly.
• Provide friendly, professional service to customers and respond to questions or concerns.

Qualifications

• Previous delivery driving experience; commercial driving experience is preferred.
• Physical ability to load and unload cargo.
• A valid driving licence and clean driving record.
• Good understanding of driving safety procedures and traffic regulations.
• Strong navigation skills and familiarity with GPS or route-planning tools.
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to excellent customer service.
