Delivery Driver

We are looking for a self employed delivery driver to work full time. You would be delivering our sandwiches in a chilled van to the listed locations as per planned routes. Company provides van, PPE, insurance and fuel card. Work between 9:30 pm and 5-6 am, average there is between 30-38 stops. We are offering stable working conditions, £14,50 per hour going to £15.00 after probatory period of 3 months. You must have a valid driving license, minimum for 3 years and zero points. Please note this is not cash in hand job. we require you to invoice us for the driving time as per further agreement.

Weekend availability is a MUST, Full clean UK Driving License necessary. Shift patterns: Saturday and Sunday (scope to add more days after you have joined if interested) Rough shift timings are as folllows: 6.30am - 9.30am 3pm - 7.30pm £135 a day pay You will be expected to have fantastic time keeping skills as the whole operation rely's on the driver arriving and delivering on time. You will arrive in the morning to the Prep Unit in Woolwich SE18 and load the van with all food required for the day. Sometimes you will be doing multiple drops in the morning and multiple collections in the afternoon. You will drive to the location specified, usually around 30minutes-1hour drive, here you will be met by another colleague where you will both unload and set up the gazebo and market pitch together. At 9.30am you will leave and return to collect the items again at roughly 3pm. The afternoon shift is the same as the morning but obviously in reverse and you will finish your shift at around 7.30pm at the prep unit in Woolwich SE18.
