Position Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to lead The Woodman. Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations of the pub, ensuring efficiency, quality, and the highest level of service. Manage financial budgets, including labor costs, supplies, and inventory, to ensure profitability. Qualifications: Proven experience as a General Manager or similar leadership role in the hospitality industry, preferably in a pub or restaurant setting. Strong understanding of business management, financial principles, and hospitality best practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with staff and patrons. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
