Are you an organized and proactive individual with experience in team management? We're looking for a Dispatch Supervisor to join our logistics team and take charge of dispatch operations in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Experience in a similar role (logistics, warehouse, production)
Strong leadership and decision-making skills
Excellent organizational and communication abilities
Availability to work 6 days a week (Sunday to Friday) on afternoon shifts
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervising and managing the dispatch team
- Overseeing daily operations and assigning tasks (order preparation, cleaning, etc.)
- Evaluating employee performance and productivity
- Planning and organizing goods dispatch
- Structuring work stages and ensuring procedures are followed
- Making quick decisions in unexpected situations
- Strategically planning warehouse layout for optimal efficiency
- Communicating with other departments (production, sales, logistics, transport)
- Ensuring health & safety standards are met and goods are properly secured
