🧼 Role Overview
As a cleaner for Marble & Mint, you will visit clients' homes to carry out regular and deep cleaning services. This is a flexible, client-facing role that requires independence, professionalism, and a commitment to excellence.
✅ Requirements
We’re looking for individuals who meet the following:
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in domestic cleaning
Valid DBS certificate
Public liability insurance(or willing to obtain one)
References available upon request (minimum of 2)
Basic English communication skills (to understand instructions and talk with clients)
Attention to detail and reliability
Some of your own cleaning supplies (cloths, sprays, gloves, hoover, mop, etc.)
Ability to travel to client locations
💼 Responsibilities
General domestic cleaning: kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living spaces
Tasks include dusting, mopping, hoovering, surface cleaning, etc.
Follow specific instructions and preferences from each client
Maintain professionalism and respect for the client’s home
Report any issues or damages during service
🕒 Working Hours
Flexible shifts – part-time or full-time
Jobs available Monday to Sunday
Choose your preferred areas and hours
💷 Benefits & Incentives
Pay: £12.50 – £15.00/hour depending on experience and client satisfaction
Performance-based raises – the better the reviews, the higher your pay
