London Construction Recruitment is currently recruiting experienced Welfare / Construction Site Cleaners for ongoing projects across Central London.

This is an excellent opportunity for reliable candidates looking for long-term work on busy construction sites with immediate starts available.
💷 Pay Rates:
- £14.52 – £16.00 per hour
- Weekly pay
- CIS or Umbrella payment available
- UTR Number required for Self Employers
🕒 Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday
- 7:30am – 5:00pm
- Weekend overtime available on selected sites
Duties Include:
- Welfare cleaning of site offices, canteens and toilets
- Cleaning communal welfare areas and drying rooms
- Sparkle cleaning of completed apartments and units
- Maintaining hygiene standards across active construction sites
- Restocking consumables and reporting site issues
Requirements:
✅ Valid CSCS Card (essential)
✅ Full PPE – Hi-Vis & Safety Boots
✅ DBS Check required before starting
✅ Right to Work in the UK / Share Code
✅ Previous cleaning experience preferred
✅ Reliable and punctual attitude
Payment Options:
- CIS Self-Employed
- Umbrella PAYE
