The Hiring Service are currently recruiting Van Drainage Engineers for the UK’s largest independent specialist drainage contractor. As their operational hours are 24/7, you will be required to work flexible hours including weekends and an on-call rota.
Full training, use of PPE and company equipment will be provided.
Responsibilities:
● Travelling via van to residential sites, around the London area powering a high pressure
water jet for restoration.
● Clean /clear / repair and maintain drainage systems.
● Record each job report correctly on the specialist equipment provided.
● Run diagnostics and repairs on drains using electro mechanical and specialist CCTV survey
equipment.
● Rodding blockages.
● Delivering good customer service.
● Maintaining good H&S practise while carrying out works.
Requirements:
● Full UK Driving Licence.
● Good communication skills.
● Good interpersonal, relationship-building and networking skills.
●Ability to multitask and prioritise your workload.
● Be willing and able to work a 4 on 4 off shift pattern.
● On call rota availability.
