Job Title: Handyman (Full-Time) Location: London (Mobile Across Managed Properties) About the Role: We are a property management company looking for a reliable, skilled Handyman to join our team. This is a hands-on, full-time position focused on supporting our day-to-day maintenance operations across our managed properties. Your work will be central to reducing our reliance on external contractors, helping us streamline costs while ensuring high-quality maintenance for our tenants and landlords. There is strong potential for career progression, including promotion and expansion into a full in-house maintenance team leadership role based on performance and cost savings delivered. Key Responsibilities: Carry out general repairs and maintenance (e.g., plumbing, minor electrical, carpentry, painting, etc.) Respond to reactive maintenance issues across multiple properties Perform regular inspections and preventative maintenance checks Liaise with the property management team to prioritise jobs and update on task completion Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean working environment Provide excellent customer service to tenants when on-site Accurately document work completed and materials used Help identify recurring issues or areas for efficiency improvements Key Requirements: Proven experience in general property maintenance Broad skill set across trades: plumbing, electrical, painting, joinery, basic tiling, etc. Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail UK driving licence preferred Must have own basic tools (van or tool storage an advantage) Good communication and a proactive, “can-do” attitude What We Offer: Competitive salary based on experience Regular, reliable work across a growing portfolio Opportunity for promotion and long-term career development Supportive management team and a positive working environment

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both structural and architectural steelwork, with proven experience in fabricating and installing items such as staircases, balustrades, handrails, and structural frames. This role involves work both in the workshop and on various sites, so a flexible and practical approach is essential. Key Responsibilities: Fabricate structural and architectural steel components to technical drawings Installation of steelwork on-site, including staircases, railings, and frames Operate fabrication machinery and tools safely and efficiently Work independently or as part of a team to meet project deadlines Ensure high standards of workmanship and compliance with safety regulations Requirements: Proven experience in structural and architectural steel fabrication Ability to read and interpret technical drawings Competent in MIG/TIG welding and general fabrication techniques Experience with both workshop and on-site installation work Valid driving license preferred (essential for site work) Good communication skills and a proactive attitude Working hours are Monday - Friday 7:00AM to 4:00PM.
