Are you looking for a new position?

SH Recruitment are working with a new company based in Banbury and are looking for customer service representatives to join a progressive company in 2020.

All staff will be completing shift work between the hours of 08:00am – 20:00pm and working every other Saturday.

Early Shift: 08:00am – 16:30pm

Late Shift: 11:30am – 20:00pm


•Assisting our customers over phone, via email and live chat

•Responding to customer requests

•Answering and making phone calls

•Handling on-line applications

•Making credit decisions according to credit policy

•Dealing with debtors

•Maintaining and developing customer relations

•Meeting targets for accuracy, quality, volume and agreed service levels

•Adhering to procedures and regulations

•Contributing to continuous improvement

•Assisting other departments based on company needs

•Supporting other agents when assigned to do so

•Performing other duties as assigned which are relevant to the role and necessary for company’s success

•Keeping work equipment and workplace in good order

•Complying with all lawful orders of the Company Management or the employee substituting him/her

•Maintaining an awareness and understanding of the company’s products

To be successful a DBS check will need to be carried out and two written references will be required

You will also have an Experian credit check required before starting
