Looking for a role where you can lead, support and improve Agile methodologies in a company with enormous growth plans? We’re helping a tech start up to scale up their team with an Agile coach. The team have a wide variety of responsibilities from unit testing to developing APIs and building infrastructure so we’re looking for someone with around 5 years’ experience as a Scrum Master and 2 years in management to lead stand ups and retrospective planning.

Strong communication skills are essential for this role as you’ll be liaising with stakeholders and managing their expectations as well as providing feedback to them and the team to drive continuous improvement.
Line management duties include coaching and mentoring Scrum Masters, assisting with their personal and educational development and managing absence. You’ll coach and drive continuous improvement of Agile methodologies to ensure teams deliver high-quality products as efficiently as possible.
