HR Business Partner.
Badenoch + Clark has been engaged by a professional services organisation in Sussex to recruit a new HR Business Partner into their growing and successful HR team. This role is based in Sussex but offers remote and flexible working. Ideally, you will be available to start immediately/on short notice.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:
*Engage, influence and challenge managers in the development and implementation of business strategy
*Support the performance and reward agenda
*Provide support to senior managers and leaders on complex ER matters
*Drive people engagement via the annual engagement survey
*Identify, monitor & improve talent pools and work with leadership team to create robust succession plans
The successful candidate will demonstrate the following:
*Extensive HR generalist experience and detailed understanding of all aspects of HR Management including resourcing, talent management/succession planning, change management and employee relations
*Exposure to unionised environments is beneficial
*Experience of organisation development and design and facilitation of change including consultation and engagement
*Professional and commercial acumen, with strong senior level influencing and stakeholder management skills
*Educated to degree level or equivalent
*CIPD qualification ideal
