Job DescriptionHaverhill Community Care Company Ltd (HCCL) are seeking to recruit new Community Home Carers to work in the specialist domiciliary care sector, providing compassionate, customer-focused care that enables older and disabled members of our society to continue living safely at home whilst enjoying the comfort and security of our dedicated professional support. HCCL are a relatively new and vibrant company and we have quickly established ourselves as the outstanding, leading Homecare provider in the Haverhill and Kedington area. Shifts: 07:00-14:30, 07:00-17:00, 15:45/16:00-22:30 The job role will include: * Personal care * Prompting and administering medication * Getting to know your clients and forming great relationships with them * Meal and drink preparation * General household tasks including laundry, shopping To be successful as a Community Home Carer, you will: * Be respectful, empathetic and caring * Excellent Communication Skills * Possess reasonable written and verbal communication skills * Be willing to undergo a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check (paid for by HCCL) * Formal qualifications are not a requirement.
