First Military Recruitment are currently seeking a Proposals Co-ordinator on behalf of one of our clients.
The main purpose of the role will be to produce high-quality tender submissions, and interview presentations.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Collating, coordinating, proofreading, editing and formatting technical information and written responses for prequalification and tender submissions and interview presentations. Creating impactful branding unique to each bid and client. Developing and updating project sheets, staff CVs, photos and company information. Handling, recording and distributing bid correspondence and information. Administering and updating of internal database and response library. Organising business development and marketing materials. Keeping company website current with latest business unit news and information. Assisting with corporate events and exhibitions. Tracking and processing . Renewing company memberships and accreditation. Working as part of a team to ensure all deadlines and work requests are successfully completed.
Skills and Qualifications:
Previous experience in a similar role. Professional memberships with APMP, or CiM is desired. Strong grade in English is preferred. Will be personable with good communication skills. Good computer skills.
