ServiceNow Presales Consultant/Solutions Consultant currently required for a role working with an industry-leader in enterprise Service Management projects based in London on a permanent basis.
Previous experience of involvement in major IT Service Management projects is a must, whether it be in a technical delivery, process consulting, or even a traditional sales function.
Working within a market leading ServiceNow professional services consultancy you will work as a Technical Pre-sales Consultant bridging the gap between the Sales and Technology Team. This will involve defining high level requirements and working with the sales and technical teams to deliver and present technical solutions.
Applicants are required to have a broad appreciation of ITSM tools and ITIL fundamentals; with proven technical exposure to Service Management, as well as experience of the sales aspect of the role. Strong communication skills are required, as is the ability to come across credible and knowledgeable in front of clients. This would be an excellent opportunity for someone with competing product experience to gain highly in demand ServiceNow skills.
