You will be responsible for assisting customers via the telephone with their inquiries.
You will take information & log the details accurately onto the internal system & be focused on customer service at all times.
As a call handler you will be responsible for:
• Receiving a high volume of inbound calls from customers
• Inputting data onto the CRM system
• Meet customer needs,
• Keep customers informed of all activities associated with the process
• Updating systems accurately
• Demonstrating a high level of customer service
• Ensure customer queries are handled efficiently
Qualifications Experience & skills:
• Good communication & interpersonal skills
• Excellent customer service
• Good telephone manner
• Team player
• Good computer skills incl. MS packages
It is not essential that you have call handler experience however experience in a telephone sales role is desirable. If you have worked in retail hospitality or customer service this would be a fantastic opportunity for you with full training & further progression.
