Mechanical Maintenance Technician.
Linsco are currently recruiting a Mechanical Maintenance Technician for a prestigious FM client who has been tasked to provide excellent maintenance services to a Hospital in the Merseyside area.
As a Mechanical Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for planned and reactive maintenance services, including general building maintenance at the Hospital site.
Other duties will include, but not limiting to; To carry out a range of maintenance tasks in accordance with the appropriate policy, specifications and HSE regulations in the delivery of :
Mechanical Installation works
Provide regular briefing to the Project Manager on progress against plan or program.
Utilise the BMS as a tool in controlling and monitoring mechanical plant
Ensures compliance with all contractual, HBN and HTM requirements for all areas of responsibility
Detailed understanding and control of the CAFM system
Participate in the On Call process
Works to be carried out with diligence, competence and in a manner that ensures customer expectations are met at all times.To be considered for this opportunity, you must have;
NVQ or City and Guilds in Plumbing or Mechanical Engineering or a time served Plumber
Extensive Plumbing or Mechanical Maintenance experience within Hospital, Healthcare, Critical Environment or similar
Ideally a track record of working for an FM or Maintenance Contractor
Team player, flexible and experience working On Call
