Responsibilities: Working closely with bids or project delivery teams you will advise on complex contracts such as ITT, risk management and management of disputes Negotiate and draft contracts (manufacturing, supply, maintenance, procurement, consortium, software licensing, technology transfer, JVs, agency, letter credits, securities, bonds and guarantees) Offer legal advice on a range of legal issues including procurement, compliance and company law Seek to resolve disputes with suppliers/customers or against the business.
We are looking for: UK qualified lawyer with a minimum of 4 years’ experience.
Trained with a well-regarded law firm Must have experience drafting, negotiating and advising on complex contracts preferably within the manufacturing, engineering or similar sector Additional European language would be a benefit Team player with strong interpersonal skills This is an opportunity to make your mark in a fast-paced, multicultural business with a fantastic reputation for employee care and development.
