The client is a fantastic Membership Body based in Central London.
The key responsibilities for this Front of House role are:
Answer all inbound enquiries including emails and the main switchboard in a professional, friendly manner Support all events, as required, including and not limited to; meet and greet, hospitality preparation and service, clear down and cleaning of hospitality equipment and areas
Input all internal and external room bookings into the booking management system following protocols and procedures
The successful candidate for this Front of House role would have:
Excellent interpersonal skills Appetite to learn, deliver and build on knowledge and current experience
Excellent written and oral communication skills with an excellent telephone manner
