Delivering business success through our people We are currently recruiting for an Attraction & Engagement Coordinator on a permanent basis within the HR department at Redruth. The role will be Monday Friday (42.5hrs per week) , however all candidates must be willing to be flexible regarding their hours of work to support the needs of the business. The successful applicant would be working closely with the HR, Operations and Training team by working both in the office and factory, dependant on the needs of the business and employees. Key Accountability Main Tasks Organising and conducting the Company Induction for all new employees into the business. Responsible for the recruitment of all Weekly paid employees. This will include advertising roles, sifting CVs, conducting interviews and ensuring all relevant documentation is received and compliant. Attending Careers Fairs and Job Fairs on behalf of the company. Actively working on retention plans to ensure stability and a reduced turnover throughout the site. Liaising with the local Job Centres, Work Schemes, Schools, Colleges and Universities to embed Tulip into the community. Supporting with the training of all new starters into the business to ensure an appropriate training plan is administered and adhered to. Arrange, attend and follow-up on weekly catch-ups with new starters to ensure issues are resolved with an appropriate action. We are looking for someone who has ideally had previous experience in a similar role either in Recruitment, HR or Training.
