Job DescriptionClient Details Our client is an independently owned recruitment consultancy who have been trading for 20 years. They are now going through a period of expansion. They are looking for experienced trades and labour recruiters and managers to set up new offices across the UK. Key Duties & Responsibilities * Establishing from scratch a new trades and labour recruitment office. * Winning business via cold calling and meeting clients. * Placing trades contract workers onto site. * Ensuring all contract workers are fully compliant and have right to work in the UK. * Ensuring all contract workers are paid correctly. * Attending site visits. * Working with the resourcing and compliance team to ensure all possible shifts are filled. * Working with the MD to build the team. Desired Skills & Experience * A proven track record of success within trades and labour recruitment. * Able to cold call clients and win business. * Reliable, punctual and articulate. * Able to work to financial targets. * A good team player. * A natural leader * Professional telephone manner. * Driving Licence and Transport.
