Opportunity to a gain a qualification in Health and Social Care We are looking to recruit an experienced and skilled Deputy Manager to join our management team at a residential care home. You will work as a committed member of the Management Team within the Home and support the Registered Manager taking responsibility for Residential Services including all staff training and development. We aim to actively promote and encourage person centred care at all times and by providing our Service Users with a wide variety of activities, we can ensure they maintain as much personal independence and choice as possible. In the absence of the Registered Manager, you will be expected to maintain the general day-to-day running of the Home. You will be expected to provide continuity of care, laid down by the procedures operating within the Home, and be available to offer support and advice to all other members of staff, residents and relatives. You must be able to work full time About you?
