Ensuring that PMC literature is available and delivered, for example I am valuing in your street and newsletter
Phone out of the following when a property has sold on the sale street:
• All status valuation
• Completed archived
• Calling all status valuation when a property has sold in the street
Arranging anniversary calls for new buyers we have sold to for a 1 year price review
Knock on surrounding houses when we have sold a house or new listings on the street
Using Rep.com to schedule
Posting all open house events pre and post
3 property postings and 3 non property postings per day
1 Video per day loaded of PMC
Google reviews loaded
Making sure that we like and share local appropriate business to grow our presence
Prepare pre val packs and ensure we have stock
Make sure demand calculator and sold example are available for each valuation
Hand deliver pre val pack within 2 hours
Hand deliver any post valuation information and update CBD with correct follow up schedule
Once trained assist with QSP
Prepare and build property particulars
Order for sale boards
Upload file docs to IDBS and create file
Create Flink case studies based on success
Prepare Comparables (with training)
Ensure all properties are ready to market within 48 hrs completing all required admin
Call back Diary
Allocated administration for example - chasing signed details
Keep an eye on out of date tasks and alert the PMC if there are any areas that are needing attention
