You'll have the chance to work closely with partners and be involved in high-profile commercial developments right from the start, working on projects all across the country.
Whilst it would be great if you have experience of both contentious and non-contentious work, the firm would be happy to consider those with just non-contentious experience.
Equally, the firm are keen to accommodate what's best for you, so they are flexible on location and are open to discussions about remote working.
The incumbent construction team are involved with projects from the outset and work with clients to shape their procurement and contracting strategies.
They negotiate and draft all types of construction documentation and help clients to prepare agreements that best reflect their interests and the appropriate placing of risk.
They vary from project specific EPC and EPCM contracts to multi-party and collaborative working arrangements and encompass NEC and traditional JCT contracts.
Much of our focus is in the UK but the team also advise on a range of international projects across many jurisdictions.
CONSTRUCTION SOLICITOR: Ideally the Partners would like applications from solicitors with between 4-5 years PQE (but there is scope to look outside of this).
