Job DescriptionProfessional Development Nurse for Public Health This is an exciting opportunity for some who is interested in the Public Health agenda, especially immunisation education. You will be have the responsible for developing, delivering and evaluating identified professional development training and health promotion programmes Work in partnership with the Clinical Education Team and the Vocational Centre in meeting the organisational commitment to training and staff development fulfilling national and local clinical standards guidelines and policies. Provide a comprehensive and effective range of support to identified training programmes and work flexibly at venues across the Trust. Be responsible in promoting and developing educational standards and competencies within the trust for all clinical staff groups as well as positively promoting the Public Health agenda nationally and locally. This is a challenging role and requires the successful applicant to manage high standards of service and to work within a busy development and training environment. As a team player, you'll be able to prioritise your work in order to meet deadlines and have a customer focused approach.
