Application Support Manager.
An Application Support Manager is required by a leading eCommerce provider in Oxfordshire. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting clients, ensuring that SLA's are adhered to by the support team. A salary of up to £45,000 + Benefits is offered.
Your role will see you manage the support team with an Agile approach, ensuring that all support issues are managed in line with agreed Service Level Agreements.
You will be required to have a hands-on approach and as such, you must have strong technical skills with IIS and ideally PowerShell.
You'll have excellent communication skills and the ability to mentor and coach a small support team.
EXPERIENCE Previous experience as an Application Support Manager / Technical Support Manager or possibly a DevOps Manager.A good technical background which will include knowledge of IIS and Scripting (ideally PowerShell).A knowledge of eCommerce would be highly desirable. OUR CLIENT
