On a day-day basis youll work on the busy hire desk, building great working relationships and product knowledge that youll use to translate customers requirements into the rental products and services that meet their needs, whilst also maximising sales opportunities. Youll be an ambassador for our Customer First culture, resolving any issues quickly and keeping your customers informed. It will also be your role to manage the hire contract administration and ensure that this is completed in a timely and accurate manner. Naturally youll be a great co-ordinator and collaborator, as youll liaise with the workshop teams daily about equipment and ensuring that a best in class service is delivered to all Utilities Customers.
