Service Delivery Manager and RNO Technical Coordinator.
Management of multiple technical work stream teams through problem escalation and resolution, work load planning, monitoring and management of design, planning, and optimisation of telecom equipment and networks. Liaise with C44 Drive Test Co-ordinator regarding Drive Test requirements and delivery. Support Facilities Coordinator with systematic inspection of assets and equipment. Inspect sites to determine whether they fulfil client and Connect44 standards. Resource requirements received within technical delivery meetings to be scoped and provided to Service Delivery Manager and RNO Technical Coordinator. Plan, allot and direct engineers in day to day technical activities. Analyse the requirements of manpower with the client and C44 project team and then plan accordingly. Daily delivery meeting with Work Stream Team Lead’s to address technical delivery issues; to be documented inclusive of actions to be followed up on and shared with C44 Project Team. Weekly Governance with Work Stream Lead’s and C44 Project Team to review service delivery, performance, resource management and weekly acceptance report. Weekly / Monthly Governance with Client Team Lead’s and C44 Project Team to review service delivery, performance, resource management and weekly acceptance report. Responsible to issue the minutes, actions and owners from weekly governance, and follow up on completion status. Ensure Work Stream Leads provide planned sites / activities to Operations Coordinator Track completed sites Provide approved weekly and monthly figures to RNO Technical Coordinator or Operations Coordinator
