Technical Consultant | Sales Engineer SaaS | Post-Sales | SQL | Analytics London / Remote Permanent remote working with eventual 1-2 days in office / Client-site 50k - 70k basic 25% bonus We have a brand-new exciting role with a fast-growing SaaS business who are looking for a talented Sales Engineer / Solutions Consultant to work with their customers in a primarily post-sale capacity, on their new Data Analytics product as they approach full commercial launch ultimately taking responsibility for the platform. Working closely with both existing Customers but also the Customer Success, Product teams, and external partners, you will play a key role in the success of the new Data Platform (PaaS) by helping to shape the overall development of the product and become the Subject-matter-expert within the business. It is essential you are a comfortable client-facing Solutions Engineer with strong consulting skills and a natural ability to gather customer requirements and translate into effective solutions (solutions design), as well as a natural ability to train and teach the solution effectively to non-technical audiences via webinar and face-to-face demonstrations. Youll have strong Technical database skills (Data modelling, manipulation, importing) with a proven commercial background using SQL which will allow you to manage the development of the platform in response to customer requirements and also ideally have experience with PowerBI and LookML / Looker but if not, be willing and able to learn it quickly.
