Project Manager (Fixed Term Contract).
We have an exciting opportunity for a Project Manager to join RFT on a fixed term basis, commencing in October 2020. Reporting directly to Kelly Harris, RFT Operations Director, you will have responsibility for the successful delivery of the following projects : The recruitment of the Covid Recovery (Surge) Plan additional headcount - Trade Operatives, additional supervision and support staff. You will work closely with the HR team through the initial recruitment process and monitor demands on the repairs service to maintain the required resource levels. The successful mobilisation of the Victory and Suffolk Housing Repairs and Voids services for a "go live" on 1 April 2021. We are looking for a proactive, focused leader and excellent influencer, with proven experience of managing the day to day aspects of projects, ensuring they run to time and budget. The fixed term contract will conclude in May 2021.
