As Lead Handler you will be responsible for effectively and professionally supporting the Internal Sales team by handling incoming sales leads up to the point of a costing enquiry is received. Incoming enquiries are for VELFAC/Rationel windows and doors for small domestic projects. The Lead Handler will work closely with the Sales Coordinator. Your key tasks will be: Respond to incoming enquiries, offering guidance and advice related to DOVISTA products and services, with a view to generating an enquiry for costing.The role will be part sales function and part technical guidance. Key contacts are Builders, Architects, Housebuilders and end-user clients.Define and assess each potential lead to ensure that it is a suitable and viable prospect for DOVISTA.Ensure that all qualified leads are fully followed up in a structured way and results recorded for full analysis.Obtaining sufficient detail to allow for early registering of potential projects. You are fully IT literate and will:- Have minimum 2 years experience in sales; ideally telesales, technical sales or the construction industry (either office based or field sales)Want to develop your sales career in an established company with a great reputation The job is office based. Working hours are 8.30am to 5.00pm Monday to Thursday, and 8.30am to 3.30pm on Fridays.
